The DTMJ-16/20/24-1000/1260multi-heads automatic continuous polishing machine adopts high quality steel, where the peneumatic parts adopt YADEKE products from Taiwan to reserve a compact structure and steady performance so as to improve the processing efficicency. With new elastic grinding head made of special resin for grinding, the machine is special for polishing granite plate, for it ensure a more comprehensive polishing and higher efficiency as well as reduce grinding materials consumption. The PLC programmable system has many functions. The intelligent control is available for operator with LCD touch screen to interact with machine. The product is reasonably structured to decrease the grinding time, to improve productivity by 15% and to decrease electricity waste by 15%. The velocity of conveyor belt, swing velocity of cross spreader, lifting air cylinder pressure are adjusted by customer according to their plate material quality and customer demand.
